What condition do products come in?

Simply put, in great shape. Like you just pulled it off the shelf. And if it isn't, your expectation when shopping with us can be that it will be clearly called out AND priced accordingly.

We are able to offer significant discounts by procuring name brand items that have damaged boxes or were simply used once before being returned. Don't pay full price for something you can get a great deal on. Shop with Liquid Theory Liquidation.

How can i pay?

We accept and prefer cash whenever possible. However, for convenience we provide customers the ability to pay with debit cards and most major credit cards. These options include Visa, Master Card, Apple Pay, touch payment credit cards and more.

Living Theory Liquidation does charge a 3% convenience fee for all card payments.

How does pickup work?

At Liquid Theory we want to make sure all of our customers feel comfortable and safe when buying any of our products.

Finding things cheaper is always nice, but meeting up with a stranger is less than ideal...

That's why we handle all product pickups in very public areas. In fact, we distribute our items at a major shopping plaza (Granada Plaza in Dunedin). That way you can pick-up your discounted products and get groceries, all in one trip!

Do you deliver?

We understand that with the rise of e-commerce, having to leave the house for something is kinda lame. However, Living Theory Liquidation is a local business that doesn't YET have the scale to deliver or ship for Amazon prices.

However, our discounts do routinely cause people from out of town to inquire about shipping. Therefore, upon request we can provide a quote for shipping or local delivery.

Living Theory Liquidation is a Clearwater based business. If you live in Pinellas or an adjacent county, feel free to reach out and we can arrange delivery for a nominal fee.

Do I have to pay tax?

Yes, silly! Living Theory Liquidation is a lawfully operating business (even if we sell out of a parking lot at the moment lol).

Florida sales tax is 6% of the agreed upon price for the respective item. Cash or not.

Do you allow returns?

Living Theory Liquidation does allow returns, however, they must meet two criteria.

1. Product is not in working condition, or is missing a material component.

2. Return request is submitted within 24 hours of product pick-up.

Unfortunately, we don't have flexibility for returns that fall outside of these guidelines.
