What condition do products come in?

Simply put, in great shape. Like you just pulled it off the shelf. And if it isn't, your expectation when shopping with us can be that it will be clearly called out AND priced accordingly.

How can I pay?

Living Theory Liquidation accepts Visa, Master Card, Apple Pay, and touch payment credit cards. This applies for both in person and online sales.

All processing fees and sales tax will be clearly stated in your cart and receipt.

How does in-person pickup work?

All local sales in the Pinellas and Hillsborough areas are eligible for pick-up at a mutually agreed upon time and location.

Direct delivery is available upon request and free for Clearwater residents.

Do you offer shipping?

Living Theory Liquidation currently ships domestically within the United States. However, some products are only available for in person handoff in the Pinellas county area. This limitation pertains to large box products, like furniture, that are in excess of 50lbs.

Do you allow returns?

Living Theory Liquidation does allow returns, however, they must meet two criteria.

1. Product is not in working condition, or is missing a material component.

2. Return request is submitted within 48 hours of product pick-up.

Unfortunately, we don't have flexibility for returns that fall outside of these guidelines.
